I rolled it back because I worked on the same CLG original version , then updated to 1.8.4, but noticed that for regular members, there is a white bar when I disable the backend access. So, the true and most stable version is the CLG version.
I added those hackers on the ban list, they were hacking the CLG site, while I was working on the backend, it makes my blood boil that they are even trying to do that. There were two hackers tying to brute force enter.
ADMINs, copy the my BAN list, so you can replicate on your portals. The software was able to automatically stop ONE of them, because that individual is already in my ban list, so the software I learned from StanfordU that I put in there worked. It’s the same person/s who embedded my older articles before and even my old social media account where I have a couple a thousand followers.
Sick.
And I also observed that that website was “clickjacking”.
So it’s a real battle of the codes. Here’s my most POWERFUL CODE…
J E S U S is MY S A V I O U R!
They can attempt to scrape my content, a whole lot of stuff is hardcoded. \o/
HEY, I am changing the password to CLG forum okay?
It would be quicker for me to just do a clean install at CLG. The clean up is taking too much time!
So.. timestamping new community portal
Finished the new portal for CLG.
I scrutinized more code and banned about 5 more spammers. I noticed two that were attempting. (while I was working on the backend).
And I am really tempted to publish their exact IP addresses and spam attempts…
… but it would be a waste of bandwidth.
On the test dev portal, I changed this CODE (line 35 wpf-hooks)
if( !is_super_admin() && is_user_logged_in() && !array_intersect($allowed_roles, (array) WPF()->wp_current_user->roles)
TO THIS:
if( !is_super_admin() && !array_intersect($allowed_roles, (array) WPF()->wp_current_user->roles) )
