  1. Done.

    https://www.christianlifegroups.com/jesus-feeds-the-four-thousand-matthew-1532-39-kjv/

Here’s the process I do on each.. “DONE” note / timestamp comment:

    – Do page edits needed per page (like capitalizing “He” Him, etc. and putting quotation marks, where they need to be.
    – Record topic audio via conference call
    – Download recording and rename it to specific chapter, verse number and topic
    – Upload to server
    – Update the specific page with the audio file
    – Add a heading on top of the audio file (for SEO).
    – Update the Matthew audio bible Page playlist. (I’ve embedded the code on the Test Page and the Production Page – they are pulling from the same file).

And because I am doing this process, it was easier for me to spot the mistake I made earlier. – I earlier thought I would do all the recordings in one fell swoop, then go back and add them to the playlist page. HOWEVER, it will leave less room for mistakes if I just go with the above process one by one.

Accuracy is better than speed. 🙂

It’s not efficient when I would have to go back and fix mistakes.

I am typing the process here, so I can point to this comment when someone asks how I did this.

The timestamps also give me an estimation of how long something took me to do and then I can quantify and do the quick math in my head how much time I can appropriate for this and when.

I stop when I make mistakes because it means I am tired, or coughing / stuttering and would have to repeat the recording, or need to step away from my laptop to rest my eyes and move (sitting in front of the computer too long is not good).

Most of these recordings are “take one’s”.

When I would have to do a “take two” is my sign to stop and step away a bit and rest.

Which is what I am doing now.

  2. I also did some edits on some of the synopsis on the main pages of each NT book. I don’t know what might have happened on the extra space that MUST come after a period. That’s second nature to me when I type.

It must be two spaces after each period. (the Editor in Chief at work. 🙂 )

I typed those raw data on the forum and copy pasted. I think there was a script at one time from the forum developers – because I put those originally under forum topic description, and I believe for brevity, extra spaces were automatically removed. (That was when they had an issue with mapping image files, and too much troubleshooting happened after that, when extra // were removed too). Anyway, I just went in and fixed those too. Since I noticed.

  3. Also we will have a New Conference Call number and will be effective tomorrow, Nov. 16, 2021.

New U.S. Conference Call Dial # is
    +1 717 908 1834

Same Access Codes. I will change and do the updates on the Forum and also on the Virtual Phone I put in there.

I think I also updated the backup call in # there that still uses the same Dial In number.

I’ll just change everything when it’s all effective tomorrow.

We have call in numbers in the “SF” in 73 countries.

  4. If the dial in number you are using is outside of the U.S., just use the Virtual Phone I put in at:

    https://www.christianlifegroups.com/share/forum/events-and-conference-calls/join-the-conference-call/

It’s on the right side of the page (for laptops), and for phones, it would appear at the very bottom, with a heading VOIP Dialer.

(VOIP stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol) Dialer.

You can use that phone to Dial In on our Conference Calls for free.

    🙂 Yes free!

Lemme take a screenshot of that too, because it makes me really smile when something works.

That was a work around I thought about doing and installing when I noticed callers were getting charged. Not by us, but by cellular / telecommunications / phone companies.

  5. Let’s see how many I’ve recorded thus far… ten Audio Recordings.

My laptop also rebooted by itself for updates. Grrrr …
