4. I think that the KB will be useful for those portals or sites that doesn’t really require much engagement. Would be great for How Tos, step by step.

   But then the Forum can also be used for that, and the Likes and Comments on forum post would meet those needs for “engagement”.

   We work with what we have and the Completely Simplified specs above would just be what is useful for the package. 🙂

5. Yes, I think we can use the KB for other portals too. I just noticed that it had the Date published and updated there, and then a Print functionality.

   That would be great for Tech Documentation. But not here. 3 different search boxes would be confusing.

13. I finished the CW Simplified new theme.

    Test driving it on my super old hidden blog.

    I am getting sidetracked on the 882 super old articles there. Those were fun to write. My Case Studies in Online Marketing, documenting all that I was learning.

    There were some “evergreen articles” out there too. I can turn some of those into Knowledge Base articles. 🙂

    Or maybe I can recreate the “old blog” theme.
