Created DB and DB Super Admin
Doing batch uploads, putting on a different path for testing and comparison with first installation vs. new installation to see try and diagnose what went wrong. Because I have no idea.

Ok done with the uploads. While I was at it, I made Cream of Chicken Soup, easy. 350 grams of chicken, 300 grams of rice, about 3 cups of chicken stock (I all made it last night), blend them all up, put some on a coffee cup, and and just eat/drink away. Healthy. Yum! 🙂
Starting installation now. Just timestamping.
It is still erroring out. I have installed twice and it is not accepting the admin email and posts numbers instead.
Will try another zip file I downloaded yesterday.
I deleted the old DB and created a new one.
Installed. Now inside and testing and copying old settings and files over.

Okay it’s full installation done. I disabled the old scheduler, to avoid double booking. Also, I added this to the footer, so we know which ones I’ve updated already.
I just put two types of consultants there. And a AM and PM Free Consultation for those wanting to inquire about the packages. I was also advised to create a package for Forum Customization, but I think that’s more labor intensive, and I already created simple How Tos on that (that works out of the box, and I have shared all my tips at the Dev site, so more people can benefit from it).
Other Admins are using paywalls on their Forums, and I think that might be useful to have, but each client is different, and so the “turn-over documentation” is exclusive to their project. So for here, it’s 7am to 7pm, Saturdays are OFF, for Sabbath day.
Here you go. We test appointments tomorrow. Pay up 🙂 ($0.50) 🙂

The Tax amount to be collected for each payment automatically rounds off. So, it is 8% instead of 8.25%
I set Accept Bookings 2 hours before appt start time
Clients can cancel booking up to 2 hours before start time
Accept bookings 60 days ahead.
– I think the issues happened because of php upgrades / updates, server updates, WP updates. When I first installed it, I wanted it to be “update proof”, so I created a separate html file for it, so even if WP does any magic updates, the Scheduler won’t get affected. It worked for a couple of years, but when the php version got updated, that can affect it too. (Like it can corrupt codes), when I looked at the database, there are Users I cannot update. So once I recognize the issues, it’s just much easier to do a fresh install using my Developer License Keys again.

On the Appointment Package
For free 15 minute consultations, (inquiries about packages) we just ask for the name email and telephone number. This is the FIRST step.
SECOND STEP – after we have both agreed on a package, we ask for the Client’s Full Name, Email, Telephone Number, Address, because it is necessary for Contracts (NDAs and stuff).
On the Ticket System, PRIORITY would be Tickets from Clients, as there is a quick turn around for the project. Tickets are answered in the order it was received.
So for the other Admins here who is asking for a Ticket System installed here…. I think for this site, the Contact Form is sufficient for now.
I can see the need for a Ticket System here too, when we open the MP.

Last … an idea came to mind. And I went on ahead and tested.
Last Saturday was horrible for me. I was trying to help someone and someone else stopped me from doing so.
So, I figured to put here the settings combination, so I can help someone without having them do any registration.
Just change the settings below (disable it temporarily) , and then revert back after the prayer session is finished.
Member Group Chat
1) Require log in
-Require users to be logged in to view and use the chat box.
2) Logged-in username
– Use the logged-in username as the chat name.
