FYI, I have been troubleshooting all day (and night) on the Ticket Systems which affect several portals.
Some notifications are not working on live sites so I am recreating issues and working on it and fixing it as I go. It would be too much to be documenting everything that I am doing here, but I am ofcourse typing stuff out and I will just copy paste here when I am done.
I upgraded the system with my developer license too, and see what the heck is going on. There are several server side upgrades that happens too, so I’m trying to find needles in a haystack again. I also have been working on the specific databases because something corrupted something.
