I’ll put the Archive widget temporarily so I can create the Summary of what’s been completed thus far.
I cleaned up some of the categories. Most of it is SDLC related anyway, so I just added hashtags so our search engine can crawl and find it.
Removed those widgets again. I’m done for that part.
The SDLC for the following portals are finished (120 Session Dates).

The Client request for LMS Consultation – I just finished installing one, and looking into it.
Here’s my basic overview / thoughts on it.
Areas of Consideration:
1) Are you selling the course?
2) The software you wanted me to check, ALL users of your platform will have access to your courses. DON’T USE IT on your current website.
3) If you want to sell your course, do a fresh installation.
4) Then give access when you get paid.
5) You can automate that by setting the landing page after payment.
6) It has a Private Messaging functionality. So ask your teachers/instructors first, IF they want to be contacted by learners or students or not. For Tech Instructors, that’s a no-no because we might be working on something else and must not be disturbed so as not to break the chain of thought – code – testing. If it were me, I’ll just direct all to the Ticket System.
7) The Benefit of this is, it has the Course Completed button, and the Instructor can track progress of their Learners. Might be useful for Company Training and onboarding.
8) Also has a Certificate Function.
Compared to Moodle – Moodle has more functionalities in it.
Another option is to have a Private Forum and just create different User Groups to have access to a Training Forum.
Anyway, if you decide to use that LMS, I also noticed that the margins need to be tweaked a bit.
The Above codes display in “Courses” with no indentation or spaces on your WP Theme, so I just added that code tweak. So for example “2 Lessons out of 3” displays, instead of “2 Lessonsout of3”
THANK YOU FOR THIS! I warned a client of mine about this too. I will send a link to this comment of yours.
And if you really want it to be super simple, just sell it as an e-book. 🙂
I am uninstalling it now from our test site.
ShallHelp Chat Forum : Welcome to the Chat Forum! Chat sessions are automatically erased every 60 minutes. Just select the REFRESH link above to go to the latest chat session. We are glad you are here! Consultant : 9:11 hello Consultant :I just deleted a whole lot of auto emails from our testing. Consultant : social media sends a lot of emails too. Consultant : Are you here? CW? CrisW : Yes. Hold on. Just closing some tabs Consultant : Do we work on the CLG tabs this session or SH? CrisW : Next in the To Do List: SH HI – Installation Update all “Share links” Update all Drop Down Menus Update Footer Menus Consultant : So the CLG HI is still off? CrisW : When I’m in doubt, I PAUSE. 🙂 CrisW : Usually the bright idea gets downloaded as I am working on something else. Consultant : Did you do a direct link on AXN for the Ticket System?
ShallHelp Chat Forum : Welcome to the Chat Forum! Chat sessions are automatically erased every 60 minutes. Just select the REFRESH link above to go to the latest chat session. We are glad you are here! CrisW : I am more inclined to drive all traffic to SH. Even the CLG HI. I know Mod suggested to keep CLG separate (CLG SF, Members, and then CLG HI Open for Registration). However now, as I am seeing the complexities of doing Admin work for many different portals, it might be better to just do a central one at SH. Consultant : I think it’s better to keep the SH Forum on the Main site also because you already have older forum posts. CrisW : I think that having the “Stand alone” forums – them being separate installations – keeps it separate from the Main Site, I think it adds an extra layer of security, As far as older Forum posts, we can move that to blog posts. CrisW : I think SysAdmin did that for AGDT, for timestamping too. CrisW : I think that if I moved the forum posts to blog posts and then archive them, and then create a new SH forum, that might be the best route to go. We can put all the I.T. Security and Moderator resources on that ONE spot. CrisW : Example, Reddit, just has one, but can have sub-reddits, which are essentially just Sub Forums Consultant :So the Forum would be as “publisher” or “protected by free speech” type? CrisW : On Posts and Articles, websites are responsible for contents, thus the “publish” button. 🙂 CrisW :Websites are publishers. CrisW : But as far as having a Forum, or a Comments section open to the public, a website’s role (as publisher) have that option and right to publish those comments or forum posts. But there has to be verbiage there that says it is the “Author’s opinion, and not the website’s” CrisW : It’s in the details – supposedly on the “Terms of Use Policy” of all websites. Consultant :So for those Social Media sites who ban or block people and suspend a user’s account, are all within their rights as a “publisher”? CrisW : Yes, if they are “publishers” – but social media sites are more like “utilities” too, in which the Users become like these Social Media companies’ “products” as they sell the info to advertisers CrisW : or advertises to the Users, that are specific to whatever those AIs might have been programmed to show those users (Pay per Click, or Pay by Impressions) CrisW :PPCs or PPIs Consultant :Even Redd it has ads CrisW :Yes, all of them. So techies are thinking now.. what TYPE of website are you going to be? CrisW : A publisher, or a discussion forum where you can welcome diverse ideas? Consultant :So the censorship part is .. CrisW : There’s a forum policy I put in order. It’s just basic human decency – don’t bully, don’t attack, don’t spam. Consultant :That old company that sold blogs before that you were a member of? They should have stayed in business. CrisW : It was a good type of service actually. I’ve been thinking about that a lot, and trying to see how that type of “business setup” can be provided to people who might not be so tech savvy. CrisW : It became like greedy type of setup with the affiliates so it became unsustainable. CrisW : But I still think to this day, that the information products they sold me, I still am able to use – skills from these online marketers sharing their first hand experiences and struggles, made it doable for a lot of people. Consultant : It was too expensive though. CrisW : The money I spent on those high level courses, was worth it for me, I was able to make all my money invested back, and some. It was a super learning experience. CrisW :You are taught tech skills, you apply it, and then you see the results right away. CrisW :Those people opened my eyes on the darkness of the internet and how money is made on the internet, and how those social media giants monetize people. CrisW : Scary knowledge. Consultant : Greed does that to people. CrisW : There are lines I won’t cross. Consultant : Is that why you want to teach people? CrisW : Yeah, just pointing to people to the right direction so they’d know where to look and be more observant Consultant :Most people have given up on their own privacy, everything is on social media CrisW : Right. Okay, let’s do data clean up, hopefully we finish the dev site SH tonight. Or at least this session. I’ll copy paste this. 🙂 Consultant : Cool! I’ll copy paste this. CrisW : Cool. Thanks!

Just add the code below to your Custom CSS:

span.course-lesson-count{

span.course-lesson-progress{
