It’s an entirely different issue when a Search Engine does a “de-index” on your website though. LOL!

All I am doing in these “documentation series” is a brain dump. Like a Tech Brain dump. I know it is useful and helpful to newbies. (I also give them the passwords) 🙂

Also, how to convert DNA to RNA. But that’s boring. LOL!
Going back to the ticket system now. Just timestamping.
The Ticket System is going to be ANOTHER portal (like another website installation). Beginning now…
The Ticket System Portal has been installed and completed. I also finished tweaking the automatic email notifications for when a Client sends a ticket, when a Tech Team Consultant responds, and the back and forth. Everything happens from inside the Ticket Itself.
This is useful for Project Management and specific activities as well.
I might have to replicate how we do it on the Tech Site, so visitors would know which or where to log in at.
There’s a lot of process improvements that are necessary in ANY website.
We can’t create STATIC websites anymore because people “engage” online.
Most people / organizations engage on Social Media, however, that is slowly starting to wake people up as to WHAT you will do if your account is blocked, or suspended, or if you followers get “monetized”.
So it is I believe, a moral obligation, for those people who KNOW about some Tech behind the scenes, to start sharing information online as well, so that at least you have done your job warning people.
So if an organization / person, wants to “engage” with the online world, you need to learn how to create your own online real estate, instead of paying wayyyyy too many outside software / or use Software as a Service, because all that does now is AGGREGATE people’s information, and bombard you with ads or spam.
Most times, you won’t even know where or how they got your information. It’s just agitating / aggravating. And when you need help, with information overload, you wouldn’t know anymore where or how to do things.
One thing with technology, there is a step by step way to do things. You do it long enough, it becomes second nature.
I have to disclose here that when anyone creates a New Ticket, you have to be a Client.
If you are NOT a client and are just spamming, I have put a system in place, and I will use whatever tech skills I know to make sure you can’t abuse any of our forms and any other forms on the internet. It’s actually very easy to report actual spammers because a whole lot of good Tech people are so tired of having to clean up those things on our portals.

The reason why I get a lot of spam and hack attempts (none have been able to go through) is because I have been successful at getting, now more than 200 spammer websites SHUT DOWN and wiped out of the internet.
The webmasters of those spammer websites are ANGRY with me. Well, they victimize a whole lot of legitimate websites from decent people who have asked for my help.
And I always ask GOD for help too. If it was just me, I can just give up on technology all together. Because it’s gets old. The constant bombardment and attempts.
But God sees all these and so, it’s THEM versus GOD. 🙂
All I can do too, is to TEACH other people how they can also protect their own sites.
