Never mind. I did this new Menu anyway. (because I deleted the ones before, so I had to reconstruct a new one, copying the older format). I am removing the password protection so that we can test the links, make sure there are no broken links. I updated the top menu. I also removed the 8 Carrier Logos on the “Quote Page”, because I am getting new Contracts with 11 other Carriers / Insurance Companies. So far, I have the following (in the order I received the approved contracts and welcome emails):
1) CICA,
2) Corebridge Financial (formerly AIG),
3) American Amicable,
4) Assurity
5) Mutual of Omaha
6) Aetna
… still waiting on 5 other contracts. I submitted them all last October 4, 2024. They all only got sent Oct 19, 2024. Anyway, I also received my brand marketing tools and new uniform from my printer vendor company. Thought I’d log it here too. (I was not passively waiting – I prioritized the activities that I knew I needed to do, WHILE waiting for the contracts. I also ordered Brochures and Marketing Tools and Biz Cards from the Carriers who had them. One new company I contracted with won’t even answer phone calls or emails, I can only imagine what they will do to actual clients. ANYWAY. I digressed. That’s why it’s great to always have options. Back to tech work.
We will keep the Missions page password protected.
I fixed the Oops … (it went to the 404 page because I unpublished the page and removed the LP resources contents. I just added the “** This Webpage is still being developed. **” there. Once i post the resources there and my own QRGs, I’ll post it there so it’s accessible to me when I am out on the Field.
– had to republish the Begin Page. It contains the Prequalification Form. When I built that in 2022, that embodies my “Know Your Customer” and “Anti-Money Laundering” practices practiced requirements in screening.

For now, I am keeping those pages unpublished. I developed those pages in 2022. Wow – about 2 years ago now!
So, I remember when I was spending time studying all the different underwriting guides of the different carriers (I only had 8 that time), it was clear to see that I needed an app (like application of the tech kind… app in the insurance industry is application for an insurance policy, hehehe), I needed an app for that. That was how I pivoted to the development of my own OFFLINE CRM, (CW CRM 2022) because that was so much more robust and useful for me. When I developed the F1 Help Menu Project before for an Clinical Information System, it was the same principle for me. At the end of the day, these types of complex information can be simplified too. The last EMR / CIS Project I did, I pulled “Providers ID Codes, Training Codes, from different portals and databases and designed certificates when the clinicians passed my EMR examinations that would authorize me to change their status from “in training” to “active” access to the entire Clinical Information System deployed in the Hospital District. In my brain, it’s the same thing, how can I develop a system / app to leave behind for them so they can use it?
Anyway, who knows where my own Insurance related CRM would go. Daniel and Alex are both giving me ideas on monetizing my software, or selling tutorials in an ebook.
I think at this point, I’d rather not. HOWEVER, it’s not a closed book because there is still our storefront here, demo site. Also i still have the business account at Am a zon, so who knows.
I’d rather help families with life insurance for now. Anyway, I already documented some type of tutorials and packaged them remember? Been sending links to those to others for free. So anyway, it’s just easier to share those links for now.
I haven’t changed my pricing in 2 years. Time to raise it up some, I think. 🙂 Or not… It;s just easier to share links to clients that way, they know because I’ve trained them how to do it themselves. That’s more helpful.

I will do the Menus last. I’ll rebuild the webpages one by one.
Never mind. I did this new Menu anyway. (because I deleted the ones before, so I had to reconstruct a new one, copying the older format).
