    BruteSquad : Does the chat still work?
    CrisW : I don’t see why not.
    CrisW : I changed all the PWs for all the Users. They will have to reset or click forgot PWs.
    CrisW : Also thanks for joining at such short notice
    BruteSquad : Cool. So who is the boss for this session?
    CrisW : You are the therapist this session. LOL!
    BruteSquad : Need one myself!
    CrisW : We both are bosses so we can boss each other around. But the goal for this session is to remove or unpublish all Insurance-related posts.
    BruteSquad : You have not done that in a while, any updates you’d like to share?
    CrisW : Well, let’s just put it this way, I got scammed up to my eyeballs and it took quantitative analysis and my programming of that app that helped me figure out that I was getting scammed. So I just stopped altogether rather than fight. (Although I saw others fight). I thought It would just be a better use of my time to do something else.
    BruteSquad : And so, why go back to the site now?
    CrisW : I got contacted by a client last week. And I TRULY helped them, and they were so grateful. I told them that I didn’t want to do any business with that other IMO so I got some advice from others to just stop for about 6 months and then terminate my contracts so that they will not get anything for my future production, NOR bait and switch whatever new client
    BruteSquad : Well, we were warning you – I know you said you will test drive it 6 months.
    CrisW :And I did. Field underwriting is a total wake up call, but I had some real great conversations with those people – and how I just felt, during my last client call, that that would be my last drive out to a client site. I sort of lost trust in people at that time. But then again, last week, when that former client called and texted me and left voicemails,

    BruteSquad : we should have kept it at that marketplace setup
    BruteSquad : Hey we took screenshots remember? We can reconstruct that again.
    BruteSquad : Or just make it forum based.
    BruteSquad : So there’s not that much issue.
    CrisW : Yes we did. Well, let’s take some for posterity again. I just finished with a Continuing Education Course on Ethics and Law. Passed it. But looking at how much more it costs to get it all reactivated gives me “pause”.
    CrisW : On another note, I got in trouble for using quotation marks at my other work by the way.
    BruteSquad : WHAT?
    BruteSquad : Quotation marks?
    BruteSquad : Like this ” ?
    CrisW : YES!
    CrisW : Not the Quote. But the actual quotation marks. It’s beyond argument.
    BruteSquad : I’ll call you. That sounds interesting.
    CrisW : And then while we are talking, we can take screenshots before we unpublish and then just password protect the page.

    BruteSquad : Hey, I noticed I can’t update links, or change a post from public to private. Should I click the update wp?
    CrisW : Go ahead. I think we finished the “insurance related” pages and posts. I had to write down a whole lot of little details that I had to scribble on a temporary checklist. Go ahead. If something breaks, I’ll fix it. (Again thanks for joining me in troubleshooting).
    CrisW : Also, can you please add a session date blog post, so we can note the stuff we did in comments? Thanks!
    BruteSquad : Cool. so which is first?
    CrisW : Go build the Session post first, then chat back here when done, so I can pause what I’m doing and then wait for the updates to complete.
    BruteSquad : Ok. How did you unlock the website dashboard?
    CrisW : I went and fixed it via ftp by renaming the plugin that was causing the issue.
    BruteSquad : Do I have the ftp permissions too? You made me admin as well right?
    CrisW : Yup.. admin for front end. I’m the only one who can fix via ftp. (It will take years for me to find out if I give ftp access to another admin who makes a mistake, sorry bro, not personal, but for that one, I’m the only one.
    BruteSquad : Good. Did you revoke access to the other consultant? Or ex?
    CrisW : Yup. The very minute he denied his mistake. I’ll say it again, people mistake niceness for stupidity. I just told him, “sorry, we handle confidential stuff, if I can’t trust you, I can’t work with you. I’ll pay you your rate up to this hour. Thanks”
    BruteSquad : BTW, I made the post. Alright.. so after I post this last comment on chat, I will update. Then I’ll let you know here.

    BruteSquad : Looks like you really worked out that page! How long did it take you to do that? (In billable hours?)

    CrisW : maybe about 8 hours or more doing the tech part. But actually studying the application forms of the 8 companies I’m contracted with, I kinda merged them all. so maybe add about 1 hour each company, so all in all about 16 hours. And then ofcourse figuring out and testing the form, about 2 hours. So 18 hours. That webpage costs about $1800 in I.T. Consult
    CrisW : ing hours.
    BruteSquad : No wonder you remembered it earlier!
    CrisW : Meat and potatoes of the site. A one pager that gets it all. It’s also like a “screening tool”. Because I know about my contracts with each of the 8 companies, I have to be thorough and I did not want to waste any more time with tire kickers. It’s like it has to be presented truthfully what the consumers would need to disclose prior to being considered fo
    CrisW : r an insurance policy contract. I remember a conversation with a man wanting to get a policy, and he just said, “I’m still alive, I can get insurance, don’t ask me any questions.” LOL!
    BruteSquad : Hahaha
    BruteSquad : What’s that called, like the bureau that knows it all about people’s health?
    CrisW : Medical Information Bureau.
    CrisW : It’s like the Credit Reporting Bureaus .. only it’s medical information. If it has been prescribed by a doctor, it’s there. And we also have a list of medications that are prescribed for the “uninsurable” medical conditions.
    BruteSquad : Do you explain this?
    CrisW : Always, so I just let those people know that the information is there, so don’t lie in the application, because they will find out anyway.
    BruteSquad : I would be kinda weary having to answer that on the internet though.
    CrisW : Yes, but when I do the phone sales at times, I email them the application also, so they know that I am not being nosy asking for their info, it’s required by the insurance company, because they will be the one shelling out the money for claims, we have to make sure there’s no fraud anywhere.
    CrisW : Anyway, that page says and asks it all. So I would know too, which company I could present the application to, the company with a better likelihood of approving.
    CrisW : That’s what a broker does, shop around.
    BruteSquad : And they trust you with the info?
    CrisW : Yes, because I start with giving them my license number. I say I work professionally and I am local. So, I can be reached easily.
    BruteSquad : Are you sure you don’t want to renew your license? I mean just having it, you can help people.
    CrisW : Still thinking, rethinking, but I actually do not need a license to help people. I need a license to sell life and health insurance. And so since for now, I am not selling, I will just take down and unpublish what I’ve done. I’m screenshotting and sharing so other LPs can benefit from it.
