The Legal Part

“The Bill of Rights is the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution.  It spells out Americans’ rights in relation to their government.  It guarantees civil rights and liberties to the individual—like freedom of speech, press, and religion.  It sets rules for due process of law and reserves all powers not delegated to the Federal Government to the people or the States.  And it specifies that “the enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”

1. The First Amendment provides several rights protections: to express ideas through speech and the press, to assemble or gather with a group to protest or for other reasons, and to ask the government to fix problems.  It also protects the right to religious beliefs and practices.  It prevents the government from creating or favoring a religion.

2. The Second Amendment protects the right to keep and bear arms.

3. The Third Amendment prevents government from forcing homeowners to allow soldiers to use their homes. Before the Revolutionary War, laws gave British soldiers the right to take over private homes.

4. The Fourth Amendment bars the government from unreasonable search and seizure of an individual or their private property.

5. The Fifth Amendment provides several protections for people accused of crimes. It states that serious criminal charges must be started by a grand jury. A person cannot be tried twice for the same offense (double jeopardy) or have property taken away without just compensation. People have the right against self-incrimination and cannot be imprisoned without due process of law (fair procedures and trials.)

6. The Sixth Amendment provides additional protections to people accused of crimes, such as the right to a speedy and public trial, trial by an impartial jury in criminal cases, and to be informed of criminal charges. Witnesses must face the accused, and the accused is allowed his or her own witnesses and to be represented by a lawyer.

7. The Seventh Amendment extends the right to a jury trial in Federal civil cases.

8. The Eighth Amendment bars excessive bail and fines and cruel and unusual punishment.

9. The Ninth Amendment states that listing specific rights in the Constitution does not mean that people do not have other rights that have not been spelled out.

10. The Tenth Amendment says that the Federal Government only has those powers delegated in the Constitution. If it isn’t listed, it belongs to the states or to the people.”

I highlighted the INHERENT right of anyone and everyone in RED FONT

So NO ONE can mandate ANYONE to DISOBEY their FAITH in GOD.  That’s demonic!

I know of someone who got mandated by their HR Department to obey THEM.  Have been claiming “religious exemption”.  Four times!

I just say NO.  Then provide them the Bill of Rights.

If they insist, they can fire you and then you can sue them for violating your First Amendment right.  It’s clear.  Read it.  THINK!

Some go so far as requiring a letter from a church that says “Religious Exemption. Because so and so..”

So I say, get a piece of paper, write “NO”, and add reference to the “Bill of Rights” and then sign it.  They can file it away in your HR file.  Big companies with more than 100 employees are ALSO mandated to vacci nate their employees, OR ELSE, a hefty fine.

So the v ax  mandate is passing the “violation of a person’s religious belief to the companies”.

So when fired, a fired employee can also sue the company for “discrimination because of their religious beliefs”.

Don’t the politician / makers of these mandates THINK?

I am glad that in Texas, our governor does NOT mandate masks or va x .  Freedom of choice.

I wrote in another post that I am not an anti- va xxer, I am anti-stupidity.

I have been vaxxed to the max with all other vaccines plus booster shots, as a child, as an adult, as an employee.  Multiple times too!  They all required “proof”, as if God commanded the disciples to get vaccinated first before spreading the Gospels.

And then God allowed me to see the Truth for what it is.

The Religious Part

So now, let me go to “the religious part” of the people who are saying NO to the vaccine, or any vaccine.

1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,

2 “Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.

3 And I will set My Face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane My Holy Name.

4 And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:

Who is Molech?  Molech is a pagan god where his “thing” is children sacrificed to him (actually it is all satanic).  You can see the pagan god’s name “molech”.   Abortionists are all, whether they know it or not, doing child sacrifice to molech.  The mothers who decided to murder their babies, have all sacrificed to molech.  Everyone who take part in the buying and selling of murdered aborted babies parts in the name of “scientific research” are all doing it in the name of molech actually, because the common denominator is babies murdered and sacrificed in the name of something.  Evil comes to steal kill and destroy and BLIND people to this truth, unless people pray, they can’t “SEE” or connect the scientific dots to the “religious” dots.

Anybody or any thing you put on top of God, becomes your god.  Now that you have READ this, do you think you can UNSEE it?  No you can’t.  Just like I could not too, when I saw it.  Will I obey God?  Or will I ignore that God allowed me to see this, and to write this, and now you are reading it.  Ask yourself, will you obey God, or will you obey man?  You get to pick!  Freedom of choice, speech, and “religious beliefs”.  (God, by the way, cannot be packaged into a manmade label called “religion”.  He can kill us all in one instant if He wanted to, but He wants people to have the chance to repent from their wickedness.

So now what then?

Where is the connection? For Vaccines in General?

A common justification I hear is “it’s the cell line of aborted babies”, or “it’s not aborted baby parts”, etc., etc….

Before convid hit in 2019, there used to be one document at the CDC website that contains a PDF of ALL vaccines that are given to children.  A one pager.  And I can no longer find it there now.

Those two codes, were there, MRC-5, and WI-38. And other codes like “human DNA.” … like whose DNA again?

It all got replaced by another “Knowledge base” type of portal.

Except that, basically,  it says …

“Y’all get vaccinated y’all!  It’s safe y’all!”

(and then subliminally, “Don’t use your brain to THINK, y’all!  Just go on ahead and be part of this global clinical trial y’all!”)

WI-38 Aborted Baby Cell Line.

“The first human cell strain used for the production of licensed human virus vaccines, was WI-38 developed at the Wistar Institute in Philadelphia in 1962. Unlike primary cell cultures, WI-38 is passaged from one vessel to additional vessels ad seriatim, thus producing almost unlimited numbers of cells from a single source for the manufacture of many human virus vaccines. Because a single cell strain can be frozen for indefinite periods of time, WI-38 has been frozen for 55 years, which is the longest period of time that normal human cells have been frozen.” –

On a different angle, let’s think and write … what do we freeze … hmmm, let’s say ground beef that we purchased in the grocery for the purpose of addressing a need called “hunger”.  What if we were mandated to eat ground beef that has been frozen for 55 years, would you eat it?

Let’s say it was “licensed for human consumption”, would you eat it?  Common sense would dictate, “No I won’t!  Because there’s other fresh food that I can eat that is available that I can eat with no danger or side effects or food poisoning!’

There are medicines for cold viruses.  There are medicines for allergies.  There are medicines for coughs.  Mucolytics, antihistamines, vitamin C, zinc, etc.  No nanotechnology poisoning.  But then I digressed ….

NOTICE how a baby’s life, is minimized too, a “fetus”… medical term. Layman’s term, for this “Cell line” … baby girl.

Four months old inside the mother’s womb.  That’s about 16 weeks out of 40 weeks gestation of a baby inside a mother’s womb.

The mother who thought murdering her own baby was okay, because she “didn’t want any more kids”.  Not okay.  She could have given her baby girl up for adoption.  Guilty.

The baby butcher who performed the abortion.  And every one else involved in the transport of the murdered baby’s remains.  Guilty.

Dead human beings deserve a funeral.  (How would you feel if you got murdered and your fresh body parts sliced and diced?  Without your consent?)

For the specific CONVID Gene Therapy (It’s not a vaccine, even if they change the “meaning of vaccine in their website”), it’s produced by the same companies who use these aborted baby cell lines.

What are the Covid “Vaccine” effects?

I can’t type all these out without being so angered by it.  I’ve had several deaths in my own circle.  So one has to really scrutinize what they put in their bodies.  People ridicule others when they say NO to the experiment.  When people answer “religious belief”, some ask other people’s help because they have been too intimidated and scared to just say NO.

Their jobs are at stake.  How will they live?  Trust God.  God will provide and He rewards people’s obedience.  May not be in this lifetime, but then again, who would still want to live in THIS kind of a wicked world?

There are some of those who have taken the covid vaccine and have experienced Adverse Effects.

Death count of 9,557 from the Covid Vaccine is pretty adverse, don’t ya think?

How about the 10,719 people who are now permanently disabled?

And they are still pushing it AS SAFE.

Yeah, in the name of “science”.  (Not really, it’s in the name of money, at the expense of the lives of those aborted / murdered babies).  It’s an abomination to the Lord God.  Who formed these babies parts, in their mothers’ wombs.

Are you seeing the connection yet?  Babies sacrificed to molech pagan god, in the people’s pursuit of money and ambition, to concoct their own witchcraft concoction of aborted baby parts and “cell lines” and call it magic vaccines?  Yay!  The “cell divides”!  Demonic powers!  Do you see?  There are those with eyes but cannot see!

People have been too brainwashed and blinded that they cannot see the evil in all these!  Calling evil good and calling good evil.  Because … “science”!

Talk to a God-fearing scientist and consider, just consider their side too.  And THEN you decide!

So going back to the vaccine ingredients in the vaccines that we all have been given, beginning in the 1970s onwards.  Form the “Cell lines” of a murdered “14-week-old MALE fetus, and a “FEMALE 4 month old fetus, 20 centimetres long” also a 14-week old.

Ever wonder why there are so many confusing genders now?

Don’t you think those cell lines of the concoction of  MALE and a FEMALE aborted babies’ cell lines have no effect?  What about YOUR own family and geneology?  Down your own generational line?  How many of your own descendants have the “confusion on their own gender”, both spoken and unspoken?

When I saw those scriptures in the Old Testament on “child sacrifice”, I mean who hasn’t heard of those stories about those people who are into those types of satanic rituals?

Some of us thought they were just in the Old Testament days.  But most of us didn’t know, because we didn’t read the bible.  Some just dismissed it as “propaganda” or “conspiracy theory”.

And then you study.  Then you ask questions.  Then you pursue higher studies.  You learn more.  You see what processes it must take in the design of Clinical Research.  You read more.  Then you see who is funding all of these type of research.  Then you understand why the questions you ask and the papers you write are deemed “too controversial” and professors are afraid to lose their jobs.

But they too, ask questions.  They provide discussions.  Research papers to read to expand our minds.

But who are we truly serving in the process?

There is a video of Dr. Sankara, from South Africa, who explained it so succinctly.  I hope more people get to watch the video on you tube before again, it is taken down.  They censor experts who speak.  But I took copious notes and decided to be a purposeful listener – took notes because I would share it here.  🙂  He said in the interview, and I quote:

“We need to understand what the aim, everyone sees the inconsistencies, that there’s fear mongering, that there is coercion.

But we need to understand that the pathogen that is causing all the death in the covid illness – calling it a covid illness, because they haven’t really isolated the coronavirus – but in the covid illness, the pathogen is the spike protein, and the spike protein is what the vaccine is meant to make in your body.

So if I am to give you my opinion, as to what is happening on a global scale and a lot of the work I am doing behind the scenes is in this direction, spike protein is one of the most contrived toxins or poisons that man has ever made.  And the aim of this toxin is to kill billions without anyone noticing it.  So it’s poison with an agenda.

Now we’ve got an engineered virus and we’ve got a mandated vaccine that follow on each other. So basically what looks like what transpired here:  they’ve engineered a virus and put on this weapons grade package onto it called a spike protein.

So now we’ve got this most elaborately engineered toxin.

Now it’s been put into a virus, or let’s call it a vector.

And we’ve exposed the planet to a small dose of it.  Now initially spike protein triggers allergic reaction.  And the allergic reaction, if untreated, causes death.  It’s what we’ve seen with covid illness.  But that is not the end game.  That is to test the water.

So you’re going to get a small percentage of people react, will see all the deaths, the EIGHTH day is when this reaction occurs so best we isolate the planet for 14 days.  So nobody notices when this occurs.

People get to hospitals too late.  We mandate protocols in hospitals to engineer death and damage to steer all the fear and the risk that we need to create all the confusion.  We take away all the faith that we have,  all the hope.  We keep people isolated.

So we’ve been conned into thinking giving away our freedoms would be the best thing for us.  So the safest place for us was in jail and that’s where we all are at this point in time.  But the game that they played with this engineered virus was to justify the vaccination of the planet.

Now the vaccination of the planet will expose us to spike protein for a longer period.

So spike protein, if we understand what it’s meant to do, yes initially it will trigger an immune response.  An allergic kind of reaction and we’d have immediate deaths from that, but you don’t poison someone and they die immediately, you’ll notice the poisoning.

So straight away, when you give a vaccine, the first 14 days after a vaccine, any side effects cannot be attributable to the vaccine.   Because that is where all the allergic reactions lie.  Following that we’re going to see the endothelial injuries that this vaccine causes with its spike protein, with its influence on H2 receptors.  Those are the deaths that are meant to follow.

And they will never be pinned onto spike protein, a very well engineered toxin.

Now spike protein is also a membrane protein.

So the mRNA will distribute throughout our body.  It will be made in various tissues around our body.  It will be incorporated into those membranes our body into those specific tissues.  Those tissues will be recognized as foreign, and will trigger a host of autoimmune responses.

So the deaths that are meant to follow the vaccinations will never be able to be pinned on the poison.  They will be too diverse, there will be too many, and there will be too broad in time frame for us to understand that we have been poisoned.  And I think this is the big plan.

This toxin is dependent on the host’s response to it.  Just like the eighth day and what followed infection or illness was dependent on a host’s response, so we get mild, moderate and severe illness, post eighth day, and it confused all of us.    So we kept on talking about covid pneumonia, but we’re chasing the virus and the virus was just the “vector” to give us a taste of the poison.

Now this toxin in the long term is going to get people with pre-existing illness to have those illnesses exacerbated.  It has bits of prion in it.  It has bits of HIV protein in it, it is definitely engineered.

So people with cancers are going to have their cancers flare up, and we’ll say “they died of the cancer”.  People with vascular injuries or predisposition like our diabetics and hypertensives are going to have strokes and heart attacks and the rest at varying times and will attribute those to their pre-existing conditions.

People are going to develop over time autoimmune conditions, the diversity of which will never be addressed by any pharmaceutical intervention because they are far too targeted and so we’ve got a rough road coming.

But I think that if people understand what the intention is, then we’ll  understand why what has happened has happened.

The ill logic, the coercion, the suppression, is all warranted if you understand that there is a bigger plan.  This plan is to make sure that we can control and kill off a large proportion of our population without anyone suspecting that we were poisoned.

So I think the justification for everything we see is warranted in understanding the end game.  We’ve given up our freedoms.  We were told that jail is the best place for us to be secure.  So we willingly went down that road.  Now today if we want our freedoms back, they’ve got a mandated vaccine.

We were herded like cattle into a crawl and the only way out is a dip, and that is where we lost our freedoms.  So I think there’s a huge picture at play.

The vaccines make absolutely no sense.

We were sold the vaccine as our saviour from the start.

And if we look at the science, the science does not play out.

The vaccine is absolutely nonsensical.  We keep fighting about how good or bad the vaccine is.  I just want to make two points on the vaccinations.

Vaccines are meant to stimulate immunity, and in doing so prevent infection and prevent transmission.  That is what gives a vaccine a population or group benefit.  So if you take the vaccine by not getting the virus or transmitting it, you protect me.  So now clearly, that has not occurred.  The vaccines do not do that.

Now they claim that the vaccine has a benefit in preventing severe illness and death.  That is a therapeutic benefit.

My intervention with treatment does the same but I do not expose the entire world to the side effects of my treatment.  I only expose sick people to that and that therapeutic benefit does not come from immunity. but it comes from the vaccine exposing you to spike protein and building a measure of tolerance to an allergen, NOT to any immune mediated response to a virus.

So the virus distracts us from the big picture.  It’s the spike protein that is the toxin here.

Secondly, the prevention of severe illness and death is an individual benefit, if it actually does that.  So if you take the vaccine, it prevents you getting severely ill or dying.  It has no group benefit.  It doesn’t benefit me at all.

So why am I being coerced into forcing you to take the vaccine to benefit me?

To just put it into perspective, for a lay man.

Skydiving is an individual risk.

And an individual benefit that does not influence anyone around me, and so my right to choose to skydive is vitally important.

Now they want me to skydive because they see it benefits humanity.  Now they can’t prove the science and they can’t tell me, “this act of mine will benefit humanity”,  yet they insist I do it.

When I didn’t and can’t see the science, they offered me a beer and a donut.

But I still don’t want to skydive, you still haven’t proven the science and tell me how it’s going to benefit humanity.

And now it looks like they want to push me off the plane.  But when I look up, the parachute they provide me is full of holes.  They don’t want to admit to that.  And I see a few dead bodies lying on the ground.  And they tell me “They are fast asleep”.  I don’t believe that.

Now if they can prove a population benefit to the vaccine, maybe I’ll take this plunge for the benefit of humanity, but until that point, we are being coerced.”

 

 

Wrapping it all up.

I think this post has all the points I have, so I can just share the link to this as needed.  For those needing “snippets” that they can use in their own “exemptions”.

Some argue that the the covid “vacc ine” (actually a mRNA Gene Therapy) has no aborted baby cell lines in its ingredients.  Look for the product inserts.  READ it.  Ask the processes they used in testing the efficacy of their vaccines, did they test it on animals, or the aborted babies’ cell lines?

Look for terms like “MRC-5”, “WI-38”, human DNA.

Read WHOSE DNA they used in the Research and Development.  Whistleblowers are coming and have been coming out.  There is a whistleblower that came out and gave her interview HERE. Pray for God’s Wisdom and discernment.

After I have seen what I’ve seen (this article is just a summary), I go by God’s Laws.  I go by our inherent First Amendment right to practice our faith.  I go by the Vaccine Adverse Events Reports of deaths and permanent disabilities.  So,

NO.
