Why do we use our own in-house Ticket System?

All project related communication and files are stored within the system. Our System. Not housed elsewhere. 🙂

When you create and submit a ticket on this page, your inquiry will be processed through our Ticket System so that we can resolve the issue, or respond to your inquiry the soonest.

It works like a Contact Form – ONLY it is more efficient, less prone to “contact form spam attacks”. (unfortunately, we live in that kind of world now 🙁 )

Our Ticket System makes sure that no stones are left un-turned.

It’s a direct way of communicating and exchanging messages and files – from you to us, with no third party (like other website apps) storing our communications, since we don’t know what they do with it.  We use this system instead of phone support because of efficiency – we can’t discuss or exchange screenshots or lines of code or share website links in a telephone conversation.  Most “chat apps”  that have the “email functionality” are housed elsewhere in other servers.  The Security and Privacy of our website customers and visitors are important to us.  “Convenience” versus “security and privacy” – “security and privacy “is more important to us.
