I am going to do an impromptu SWOT Analysis on opening the CLG Forum or not. Saved it on draft:
OK Done. Admins READ it.
Let’s test the comment section AGAIN, Test scenario is:
If a Blog Post Commenter (which on WP gets a Subscriber Usergroup category) can join a chat session.
Use the CLG Test Account
On SH Currently, you have to log in to reply. Changing the settings.

Testing a fake email whatever @ dlfhndfhf . com to see if it goes through
It went straight to the moderation Q. I approved the above test comment, but deleted the fake email address. 🙂
Testing again with a legit email address, using the test CLG user account.
Now testing with the test email address.

Nope commenters cannot join the chat.
Next test:

ENABLED again. Too risky.
Was it Con or Mod who tested that before?
The old consultants who logged in using those accounts. I think it was at the Tech portal. using a different theme (hence a different set of comment settings altogether). That’s why it’s important that we have the “Help Other Admins” Forum here, so that all the codes and snippets I’ve written and test scenarios we’ve done can be properly documented per module and per theme version and per forum version. It’s the auto updaters that are causing conflicts.
Switched it back now. All should be working.
I deactivated the Under Maintenance Page.
LOL! We can make a Tech User Group there, so we can move everything here.
