Then Hurricane Laura happened, a Category 3 then 4, predicted to make landfall initially between Texas and Louisiana, and then also Houston and nearby cities might have gotten affected as well. H-Laura, as it neared, moved a bit and then finally made landfall in Cameroon Louisiana, Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 1am . There was preparation needed last Tuesday, and then there was power outage Thursday (yesterday). A whole lot of prayers were prayed! The Hurricane moved on a long. Please be praying for those families affected by the Hurricane.
At CLG, I then since, moved on to “the double-checking” of text. To make sure reference to OUR GOD is spelled as “God” – with a capital “G” And then adding quotation marks, as needed (or as noticed).
I cross check also, as needed comparing text from my “printed” bibles. I have different versions as well, and also use the e-Sword texts. If you are wanting to “REALLY compare” texts, you can also compare NASB, KJV with the earliest versions, which is the Geneva Bible, and the YLT Bible.
I really believe that if anyone wants to study the bible, it is BEST to read it chapter by chapter, to see and understand the full context. 🙂
Moving to CLG again. The Books that are finished in the OT, Main website, I will add them to the main “Menu” (the top one) as I finish them.
Then the “drop down” – I will complete that last. Since the one is hard-coded into the theme, with the search box.
